when u keep ur mind focused on ur spiritual experience thats all u need to focus on, but when u get thrown off track be the slightest thing the contact is broken. remember when dealing with the spirit u must remain focused on that point in time only. nothing else

Could be for a number of reasons, maybe the spirit thinks you know all you need to know. On the other hand maybe the spirit is drifting, going to another place, to touch someone else, or maybe even to spend time alone. Think of the spirit as a being in its own right.
