My stomach is slim, and my butt is a little big, and u can barely see the shape of my hips. I would like to know how to get a butt like JENNIFER LOPEZ in Selena, BEYONCE stomach, and and hips like SHAKIRA. What exercises do i need to do and for how long? Also what foods should I eat?

Well you have to do an excersize that actually helps! You have to stretch you thigh muscels. Like sit down and just strectch and Find A excersis stretch plan everyday to get tight firm Abs and A Nice A**. It work For Me and It worked For My friends. And Surely You just Gotta Work that lower Body. And if It Doesnt Work You Just Dont Have No A**. It runs In your genes if peopl in your family dont Have A**. Everybodys Different. So just My Advice It works gurl!

squats, lunges, leg press, abduction exercises; get a balance ball from target the work your entire core.

walk the stairclimber for about one hour a day and eat a lot of lean meats

.... there is no way to keep your tummy slim and get your butt and hips bigger. That just their natural way of "storage" if you want some muscle lay on the groundand prop yourself up with your feet and your hands out to the sides at somewhat shoulder lever... raise and lower yourself slowly

best advice... learn to love your body and don't try to fit in to the "celebrity" world, its not real.

That depends. Some people's fat all goes to ther but, some to their stomach. If your's goes to your stomach, do cardio for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and then do crunches. Eat more fatty foods (junk food). If your fat goes to your butt, do squats, and crunches. Eat a little more fatty foods.

you can eat more, but its better to do squats and lunges, and other exercises that make your waist smaller and accentuate your hips and butt more....

ok,stop eating to much,if you want a big butt then go get it done,and about that eating to much stop the cheese and cut down on the ice cream...

its genetics...you either have it or you dont! sorry...but for shakira, its because shes been belly dancing her whole life.
