from what i know of the place it is beautiful
and has a very progressive outlook on life, politics, rehab of criminals, juveniles and healthcare
is close to Australia and that is my runner up
i would have chosen Australia if they were doing more to protect the Aborigine population
and south africa has bad kharma due to her history with apartheid
England is too small and inclement and France is too land locked

I have distant cousins and friends over there I've never got to meet and would love to and my heritage is England....I'd actually like to feel the Earth below my feet in the "motherland".
