Definitely go to the doctor ASAP!!! Have you ruled out bed bugs? They travel along veins and leave horrid rashes if you're allergic...saw a horribly eye-opening special on Dateline about them!!!

You need to call the doctor or go into the emergency room! That could be blood poisoning!
