Blossom - i had a crush on Joey Lawrence
Beverly Hills 90210 - because of Jason Priestly :)
FRIENDS - the greatest show ever

If i might add one to your list, i nominate Stargate SG-1.

First airing in 1997, it is now entering its 10th season.

As much as i admire most of the Star Trek series', i find this show even better. Acting, writing, production, great drama and humour, it has it all. This is one of my very few "don't miss" shows.

(Bonus points for being made in Canada, and with mostly Canadian cast and crew.)

Friends is my favorite. The comedy was great and the strong bonds of friendship between six people was incredible. While it may not be realistic it sure was ideal!

I like a lot of those, but I guess it would have to be Are You Afraid of the Dark?.
