Depends upon the individual taste of a guy...
All types of dresses cannot be worn by all sorts of people.. There are clothes that suit certain people and clothes that does not suit certain of them.. So if you make the right choice of clothes , then to anyone they would be desirable..

yes guys would like the miniskirt better but they wouldn't take the girl seriously, not respect her, think abt her only to do sex but not to make her wife or fiance, they guys who are crazy abt those slutty girls are guysluts or jerks, i think guys respect, like and be serious abt girls who look sexy in a jeans and t-shirt, i think u should prefer clothes that are modest yet sexy like a stylish jeans wid a t-shirt or cami

Anything hanging off the boobs is way hottt!
Anything showing leg (like a skirt) is way hottt!
High heels are really hotttI They make you walk sexxxy and they push your *** up and out!
Heels, hose, jewelry, smoking a cigarette, anything that calls attention to you will make you look sexxxy too!

When I was a teenager, I preferred when girls wore t-shirt & jeans. Still do, as a matter of fact.
The other outfit you mentioned is too hard to do without looking slutty.

Im sure they like both. but I bet they like the mini skirt outfit better...I mean think about it.
Thing is that sometimes you can look sluty in that kind of outfit and guys might think you are easy.
Wait until you are old to wear that kind of stuff......you have plenty of time....dress cute, not sluty.
