Get a corn & callus trimmer from Target or your local beauty supply store. It's a razor that shaves them right off. You have to soak your feet first. I was scared to try it- but it works really well and it would be pretty difficult to hurt yourself with it. Good luck on your audition!

If you can't afford a professional pedicure, you need one of those filer paddles you can get in any nail care isle in Target or Wal-mart. Sand the dry stuff away. Next, soak your feet in the tub for about 20 minutes (to really soften the callus), use a pumice stone to grind the rest away. Next, use Sally Hansen Pedicure in a Minute, then slather on some Vaseline, wrap your feet in Saran Wrap, and put on some cotton socks. Your feet should be perfect in the morning.

As a nurse, I am on my feet a lot, and they get calluses and rough spots. I get out my 1/4 horsepower moto-tool and some sanding cylinders and grind away. Keep moving -- if you stay in the same spot for too long, you get a friction burn. I'd guess that a power drill would work too. They sell pedicure machines with little grinders, but I could grind all day with one of those and make little result. The moto-tool does the trick; leaves them smooth and pink.

soak your feet in a tub of warm water with some epsom salt then take a pumice stone and rub it on your calluses. Put some elbow grease into it but not so much that your entire foot comes off. We don't want any emergency trips to the hospital.. Your foot may also be a little red afterwards so thats another reason not to rub too hard.. wo don't want lobster feet in the studio.

Well you might try a pumice stone. You soak your feet in water, use some salts in the water. After they are soaked gently rub the stone in a circular motion around the callous. use lots of lotion! Also try putting a heavy amount of lotion on your feet , and then put socks on.. if you leave them on all night it might help.

sand them down, and put a good lotion on every hour (one made for feet is a good choice) - if they are really bad, you may have to use a dremel drill thingine to sand them down
