Sometimes you see them on the cat walks during fashion shows but you hardly ever see them on the streets.
If you want to wear them together, do it and don't worry about what anyone else may think. If you have the confidence, go for it!

Not a "no no", but in fact some of the best shoes to wear with a mini skirt. Check out this site for more information on boot "types" that work...

im not a big fan of "fashion followers" . i just wear whatever i like, but i love boots (high ones) with any kind of skirt! it all depends on how you wear them...just make sure it looks classy, not cheap or you could end up with the julia roberts look in pretty woman :) go for it!

if you wear a shorter skirt, and high boots, it's a great combination.
Yet if it's a long skirt and high boots, don't wear it. But, a long skirt and very cute short boots, then it's fine.

IT DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH OF THE BOOTS. THE SHORT BOOTS LOOK REALLY STUPID WITH A MINI, BUT THE KNEE HIGH BOOTS LOOK PRETTY GOOD WITH A MINI.

it really depends on ure shape and what colors and how u look in it and the skirt cant be too long and it cant be ugly so u decide based on what i just said
