Have you been stung by a bee? That is the only pain you feel.
I think. I want a piercing, but never have gotten one before.

OK so pain is relative.. one persons perception of pain is far different than the next.. i have many piercings and some hurt some didn't. Claire's pierces with a piercing gun. piercing guns are very dangerous. you cannot sterilize a piercing gun and very few locations use disposable ones. also a cartilage piercing done with a gun is extremely risky due to the fact that guns shatter cartilage.. putting a dull solid piece of metal through your ear can cause much damage, keilods scarring infections. a much safer choice would be a needle by a professional piecrer.

I just got my ear pierced at claires a week ago.It doesnt hurt at all.Trust me its not even like a pinch or bee sting.Honestly It doesnt hurt at all.When I was going to get mine done I was soooo scared but it was over in 2 seconds and at the end of getting my ears pierced I was like "Thats it???".I thought it was going to be alot worse but it was ok.

Cartilage virtually doesn't hurt. At Claire's they use a disposable... gun, I guess you would call it.... It basically functions the same way a stapler does, only they're using an earring in place of a staple.

It doesn't hurt at ALL i've got two holes on each ear, one i got a s a baby, and even then I didn't cry.. the other one I got about 3 years ago.. and I don't even remember them putting the needle in me!! Trust me, It doesn't hurt at all..

it didn't hurt that bad. when i had it done, i thought it would be much worse. i didn't even cry. they use an earring gun and it goes super quick, like 1 sec.
