i work in a welding shop and im the secretary their. i need to help my boss introduce the buisness but i need all buisnesses emails in hialeah please help

You might be able to purchase a mailing list from some mailing list company.
Personally I would think Email is the wrong way to go. With a service company you would probably do better by going into the company and dropping off a brochure or company flyer. Email offers are just so much spam, most often I delete without opening.

That's called "spam". If your boss wants new customers, he should advertise his services. If he wants to get money to expand, or start a new business, he should go to professional organizations, like the Chamber of Commerce, or to banks.
