I have never needed one (I don't think) and was wondering what it was for.

An enema cleans up the colon and induces bowel movements. The process of enema requires liquid that is forced with a low pressure into the rectum through anus. Enemas have been in practice from ancient time (there are documents about use by ancient Egyptians) and helped to cure a lot of disorders like constipation, poisoning, acute headache, flu, common cold, meningitis, measles and a lot more.

Enemas are used for serious constipation problems. Unfortunately the elder population has enemas too frequently which can cause bowel laziness. Enemas are sometimes done before certain tests, such as colonoscopies if the bowels are not completely prepped and empty at the time of testing. It is good that you have not received or needed an enema yet.

if a person needs to be cleaned out and cant do #2 -sometimes before an emergency opperation in the colon or bowels/track-and im prayin for you about your health and your little one-take care and do what u gotta do but do it right for Jesus-peace up-david
