Im not fat but when I start gaining weigth it goes around my stomach and my pecs, im just 5 pounds overweight.

It's all genetics man, i'm the same way. The bad thing about fat on your chest is that you can't reduce the fat their by just working out your chest. You have to do cardio, along with weight training, and a good balanced diet. When i was younger and fatter the only place i had fat on my body was on my stomach and chest.

Where we gain weight is due to our genetics. I've also noticed (since my weight goes up and down) that there are certain weights that really show up. For example if I go from 120 to 125, I can see and feel a big difference. If I go from 125 to 130, there is no noticeable difference, but then again I have to go down to 120 before I can notice weight loss.

Your body contains fat deposits. These areas gain weight faster than other parts on your body. They are commonly located in the stomach/love handles area. In your case, it sounds like yours are located in your pectoral area. Best thing to do is put yourself on a strict diet.
