If there is a Dave & Busters or Jillians around, I highly recommend it. Arcades are great. It really depends on how much you want to spend on a party.

You could go to a water park (although living in FL you are probably tired of these). You could have a party at the local YMCA. They have nice party packages. You could also go to a local craft store where they teach classes and find out if they have party packages also. Where you and your friends could learn how to make something. What you do for your birthday all depends on you and your likes and dislikes.

Maybe a cookout at the park. Or a pig roast is cool too.
How about a slumber party?
Or taking a few close friends on a road trip.
Or taking a bunch of people to a sporting event (baseball game, etc)

Depends where you live and what kind of things you like to do. It's the best day to do something you really like and can't usually get your friends to do. Be safe. Bring parents (for money) and Happy Birthday!

Bike ride to the beach - if it's not too far away for your circumstance - then just chill with a few close friends who won't rain on your parade. Happy Birthday!
