phone the police as this is against the law she will loose her licence. If you can prove she did sell alcohol to an underage person. i.e receipts, cameras, (Walking home in the street in town), Independent eyewitnesses. This is an serious accusation good luck one more thing if this doesn't work make a complaint to your local councillor or you can catch this lady red handed get the cops to come into the bar.

They all got more than they bargained for, the landlady, the girls, the 40 year old woman. Must've been some stripper to turn them all into a bunch of animals like that........bet he put his clothes on a lot quicker than he got 'em off! Ring the brewery and let them look into it or go to the police........no mention of a landlord.....I hope he wasn't the stripper!!

Unfortunately, you have no evidence with which to make your claim. You don't even mention how you knew that these girls were underage or that the landlady knew that they were underage. I would suggest making a complaint to the BBB and not going back to that particular pub.

The Brewery would look into it....I hope nobody was to badly injured in the after affect of the drink consumed by these underage drinkers... you could write to the brewery and leave it in there hands!!..Teenagers will be teenages after all..and they are allowed to have fun..but not get plied with drink by someone who has been given a license to serve over 18s.

contact the local licensing authority, which is no longer the magistrates court, report it, but they will have to collect evidence before they take any action. she may not be liable alone, the licensee will be liable even if he wasn't there if its not the same person. It is the state to take action though, not alot more you can do than just reporting to the relevant authorities.
