Angelina has definitely a lot more pros than cons to her than Jennifer Aniston. Angelina is a great actress and doesn't have to work as hard at it like Jennifer Aniston. She chose motherhood first then her career is like a distant third. Jennifer Aniston has been seen all over in movies, but no big hits. Also, angelina donates 1/3 of her income to charity.

Better movies - Angelina - she does her own stunts, and chooses roles outside of the box. JA has roles that never take her past her tv personality.
Better Looking - Angelina by far
Angelina does amazing Goodwill work, which was not something she did on a whim. She was never concerned with how pretty she looked all the time, and lives her life the way she chooses.
