i mean like it someone calls someone a douche bag

Literally, it is a vessel full of fluid connected to a nozzle for cleansing the inside of a woman's vagina.
Figuratively it is an insult, like saying f**k head or $hit for brains.

Well there are a few answers to that..... If someone called you it being mean, then thats just what it is.... a name. But on the serious side, it's a bag that you can put store bought or home made (vinager and water) in a you insert it into the vagina and squeeze gently to clean your self. It's just like what you buy at the store only you don't throw it away when your done, you clean it and store it for the next use.

It's a feminine personnel area cleaning product that is in a plastic bottle that look like a bag.
Douche is a French word that means Shower.
But when you say "douche bag" it's like saying you are stu.... or sly.
