Why do white people look down on black people???

It's Called the White Superiority complex.... its the only Psychological dysfunction that they HAVEN't Made a pill for.... Probably never will. Not only that but we live in their world and when your in that type of society, any alternative cultures become intimidating as a potnetial threat to the fabrics of said society thus a delusional understanding of Civil rights is rights is born where other ethnic groups become second class citizens... Dont belive just look at America, Fance, Germany, and England. All of which posses a minority of other races that are to this day continue the fight for equal rights for everyone... another perfect example would be the so called "immigration crisis" facing America. So whats all the hoopla about again... Oh yeah! They want the same oppurtunities to acheive a happy and comfortable life as American citizens... Its all BS anyway The really sad thing is- They don't even know they have the mental disorder. Sad just f-kin sad. And I garruntee they'll deny it and say we "******" need to stop being racist and pointing fingers when, all you did is ask a simple and honest question that in their is irrelevant and counter productiive to our society. The truth is the majority don't see it but there are those who will acknowledge this disorder and see the effect of ignoring this behavior as if it didn't exist. Thus the vicious cycle continues.... sad, just f-king sad...

You are your own worst enemy. It is this thinking, this logic that will keep the races divided. You need to either grow up or get over the whole "poor me I'm a ***** thing" I am guessing you are a youth or at the very best a 20 something. So go out an live your life to the best of your ability and make something out of your self. in the mean time you will run into those who do not like blacks, just like i have run into blacks who do not like whites. Forget them and move on. do not get caught up in the race thing. this is not 1965 or 1858. we are 2006---you have all the rights and resources you need to live life just like any other. The only ones who do are the ignorant ones, so don't worry about it. I saw a comedian one time who had a great line... he said "did you ever notice that white supremacists are rarely supreme white people" ? It's true. The ones who look down on black people are usually the ones who have the least reason to look down on anybody. So just ignore it if you can.

We are all the same. Some people are too retarded to understand that. But I wouldn't generalize the situation and say white people look down on black people, cause is not true.

I dont believe that all white people look down on blacks. I think that in every race there will be the few people who decide that they are better than everyone else, but they are the minority of people in this world.

I think also that in every race there are those who totally dislike their own race/culture and can be said to look down or hate on their own.

I think that anybody, who lives above the stereotypes that may have already been placed on their race, will get treated fairly by all.

Those who feel that they need to live the "lesser" life, with drugs, gangs, criminal behaviors, no job, no education, public aid having, freeloading and overall "poor me" syndrome, deserve to be looked down on by everyone.

Just because one is born into a bad way of life doesnt mean that they need to stay that way. You can always chooe your own path in life.

well I'm white, and I dont look down on black people. I think you guys r awesome. and to be still standing after all the years of crap. They only thing I dont like is that well, in my neighbor hood. if a Black man is trying to make something of himself he is considered a sell out. not by everyone but alot. I dont understand why that is. And its not the women that say it its the men.

How is someone a sellout if they r trying to make themselves and life better for there family?

There is good and bad in all people. Not all white people are racists. Ever heard of John Brown? He died trying to free slaves. There were many whites that marched in the civil rights movement. So don't look at the whites that are racists, look at the ones who aren't.

Not all white people are lke that, but the ones who are were either brought up that way thinking that's the right way to be or they're just racists who think they're better. I've experienced a lot of racism for my nationality, and those people were just very ignorant.

I as a white person don't cause I think we all deserve to be treated equally for who we are not what our skin tone is but I know it still happens and those who do its just cause they are stupid and haven't been taught better in their life, cause lets face it if god only wanted one color then thats what he would have made. We need diversity in the world and anyone who can't see that needs ot rexamine their view in life.
