You grow up and realize the reason you are in "love" with another person is probably because you haven't been loving (verb not noun) the one you are with.
You made a committment to this person that you married, and I am sure your vows weren't so different from everyone else's that they read like this "till death do us part, unless I find some one else that I become attracted to and fall in love with". Most Americans are so busy looking for the perfect relationship - they don't spend any time MAKING the perfect relationship.

Get a divorce because obviously you aren't dedicated to the sanctity of the marriage.
If you are in love with another then you have created a unhealthy
environment to have your marriage in and need to do the right thing by you and your spouse to allow your spouse to be happy with someone else while your obviously have already mentally done so. There is such thing as respect please respect your
marriage and get your personal house in order.

You have two choices to make. Get out of your marriage. Or end it with the other person. It's just not right. Obviously if you're talking to someone else, your marriage isn't going to well.

I will reflect these questions to myself: What's wrong with my me? My marriage? No communication? No more passion? I have never dreamt that my marriage will end up one day, so I will struggle to renew it. If needed, I will find a marriage counsellor. Anything to get me back again to to moment I fell in love with my spouse.. And anything to forget the one I'm falling in love with just now..

You need to forget about the other and be 100% involved in the marriage you committed yourself to.

You have to end one of them, it's not fair to either one. How would you like it if one of them was involved with someone else while supposedly with you.
