Look at any Music video shoot during the day or night when they are in the street you will see what i mean. Same thing with car chase city pursuits.

Noticed this too, and it gets annoying to see the same format. Heard quite awhile ago on a Q&A for advertising that it is to make the product stand out more on a shiny surface. Not sure if absolutely true...perhaps an advertising exec. or producer may be able to give a more accurate answer.

They have just washed the streets because they were too dirty for the performers to dance, act, or chase cars on.

That is a very good question I have noticed that. I have to say because of the lights from the camaras and the lights from the police helicopters spot lights.

but I dont think ALL movies and stuff are like that...ok most of them are..

yea i kno wat u mean the ground is wet most of the time when you see movies or music videos
