where can I start chatting with individuals leaving in L.A. Before I move there.?

Before I move to California, I would love to start getting to know some individuals there? How can I go about doing that? like chatting or anything you think might help.

It goes state by state, and within the state the larger cities are broken out. You can get info & opinions from people about life in the the area from real people who live there, or who have moved away but still are sharing their knowlege.
