I'm a certified Herbalist.....but as a natural health practitioner, I realize that there isn't just one best way of anything. Each person and their body is different from another, and their needs are different. Some people amy respend better to herbal methods, some to homeopathy, some to flower essances or essential oils, some to chiropracticss, etc.

I think keeping an open mind and being willing to try new methods when one may be lacking for you is the best way to live a healthy lifestyle.

Herbalism. There's a natural treatment for just about everything under the sun. I would be far more likely to trust a natural substance over a man-made chemical.

Massage is a wonderful relaxation technique, but not sure it could be classified as medicine. I've had accupuncture for carpal tunnel, and also migraines. It worked wonders!!!

Diet and excercise and plenty of water. You will be surprised at how many ailments are a result of eating processed foods that are full of preservatives.

I believe homeopathic is the best because it is the tried and true old fashioned medicine that our ancestors used.
