Those nasty thousand leggers. I have wood floors throughout the house and let me tell you the bastards aren't easy to see. The other day I got out of the shower and grabbed my towel to dry off and out fell one of them. I was so freaked out I seriously jumped on the toilet and made my cat attack the bastard, he was fast, but not as fast as the cat. That's the thing with all those legs they usually get away before I can find something to kill them. I now carry a fly swatter around with me in case I need to squash one or six.

Junebugs... when I was a kid I would stay up at night reading with a flashlight under the covers, and a junebug was attracted to the light... it went BUZZZZZZZ right in my face and I screamed, jumped up, and got tangled in the blankets. Also they would get into my room sometimes and I'd hear them "whap whap whap" against my bedroom walls until they'd get tired and fall to the floor, then I'd hear them again... ugh..
Laugh if you want, but I still jump as an adult when I see one... especially the BIG ones...

I don't know if they're really considered 'critters' but I have always been scared of wasps and bees because the stings hurt and lots of people are allergic...I'm thinking 'My Girl' had something to do with it, though I'm not sure...and because wasps can keep stinging...ew, I'm grossing myself out now!

Snakes and spiders. I am semi ok if I see them first. But when they sneak up on me. I could crap my pants and run away like a mad woman.
It's making the skin on my @ss crawl thinking about it.

spiders scare the hell out of me! there are so many in my house, i swear they are out to get me. if i spray them with hairspray, they die faster than if i do it with the bug spray. and when i spray them with the bug spray, half the time they get up ten minutes later after playing dead, and walk away, free to bite someone while they are sleeping. now i'm all creeped out....great....

I am limited to fearing creatures that are larger, fiercer, and faster than me. Lions, Tigers, Bears, etc. No bugs, snakes, etc. I have respect for black widows, scorpions, rattle snakes etc.
