If I am not wrong, in that first picture there is an exhaust flange that looks as if you may have made a exhaust leak there. The best way to check for exhaust leaks is to take an about three to four foot length of heater hose {old/ worn/junked/ new doesn't matter so long as it isn't plugged} and with the car running put one end of it over your ear and search out that leak until you hear the leak. You will definitely know when the leak "blows" into the pipe. The C/V joint is also a possibility [or U-joint if rear wheel drive] and if the rubber boot that seals the C/V joint is torn it will be MUCH cheaper to replace the boot rather than to wait until all the grease has been thrown out of it and the metal parts are damaged. This happens VERY quickly!

The first picture is of the heat shield over the catalytic converter. That dent is pretty much trivial.
The second appears to be of one of the mounts for the exhaust, and it looks like it's still doing its job of not letting the exhaust fall onto the street.
These two things look pretty minor.
I'm not sure what the cracking or clicking is, but it's probably not related to the items in the pictures.

When you dented the cover for the catalytic converter, you cracked the welds that held it in place. It will crack and pop as it heats up and cools down. The exhaust pipe bracket is bent out of location and the exhaust system is probably hitting the car some where along its length. If you have a friend who is mechanically adept, have him inspect the car and re secure the clamp to the position it belongs in.

First of all you did not say what year your car is ?,crackling noise could be a number of things, your car may need a tune up,it may be out of timeing,it could be the kind of gas you use,the dents that i see from the pictures you displayed seems to be exhaust pipes,if your car sounds like a truck when you start it up or drive it then your exhaust pipes where damaged and you need to bring it to a muffler place where they can lift your car up and see how much damage there is,if no noise when you start your car or drive it then it shouldn't be no problem you can still drive it like that for a long time, thats the least of your problems.concentrate on the crackling noise first that is engine trouble.Hope this helps.

Both pieces look fine to me, damaged, yes, but not threatening to the vehicle, or your safety..
The noise sounds like a bad CV joint...
I had that happen on my Honda after an accident, and since the lower control arm was relocated, the CV joint failed... I kept driving it that way for over a year, it just made horrible rattling and clicking sounds when turning left... Eventually it snapped my trans-axle, and I had to replace it... The fix was not that bad though, shouldn't cost a whole lot, have a mechanic take a listen, and they can let you know.

I tink the dented part is just stuff inside the muffler/converter that is rattling, but the bent bracket should also just be making noise for now. Get a friend to look at it first before going to a mechanic.

OK first picture is your catalytic converter and the heat shield is dented this wont hurt it a bit. second picture is a rubber mount that holds the exhaust pipe from rattling take it to any muffler shop and if they are a good one they will fix it for free. or you could push it back on yourself.

You bent an exhaust hanger and the thin metal heat shield over your converter. The shield is probably the thing that is ratteling. No big deal if that's all that happened.
Should not be expensive at all to fix.

First picture is catilitic converter, second picture i'm not sure about from picture, but I think it is to absorb vibration I don't think either of these is causing the cracking sound. As for as how much it would cost it fix them, I really don't know, it depends on where you live.
