I retreat into my den, close the doors and lower the shades. The light from the desk lamp lends a soothing glow to the room and the variety of books to read is astounding. I get into a comfortable chair or lay on a sofa and enjoy a little reading to take my own "time out".

If im at home and i need to just get away i will just go drive around. For some reason driving around and listening to music calms me down a lot.

My lady and I go White Water Rafting every summer. It is a great experience and allows you the time to not have to worry about anything (other than falling into the drink)!

if i am at home, i get into the bedroom, lite up some incense and listening to the ceiling fan turn and relax. if i am driving, i just take a long drive, and if i am vacationing, i go to the beach and listening to the waves hit the shore, and smell that fresh seawater air.
