I prefer cats... they are very easy to care for (food, water, potty box), you don't have to walk them like you do with a dog, you don't have to clean a bowl like you do with fish (and with a bag in the box, you just pull it off, toss it and put on another one), they're not as messy as guinea pigs and hamsters (which we've had... what a mess!) and they sit on your lap and purr while you pet them.
Oh... and if you need to go away from a few days, you can put down a mess o'food and water and a clean box and they'll love you anyway. No need to get someone to watch and them or put them in a kennel.

My favorite pet would have to be a ferret. It's like having a puppy, kitten, and child all combined into a lovable bundle of fluff. Though the smell can be rank, his gentle nibbles and soft purrs make up for it!

I have many favorite animals... they are dogs,cats,and guinea pigs but I would have to say the wolf because its one of the most beautiful animals i can think of and also the fact that they are loyal to each other and have a beautiful howl.

A fox! I love foxes, they are my most favorite animal in the world!!! Even though they are probably illigal to have as a pet, but that's what i'd want.

I would LOVE a horse, but they cost too much money. HOrses are useful as well as fun. You can ride them, get exercise and learn to be responsible for an animal completely depentent on you.
Dogs are great too. They're loyal and loving. You can play with them, and also let them alone.

Mine is the Horse. I have three of them of my own, and they are all my bestest friends I have. They are the kind of friends who don't turn they're back on you. I love them all very much. I own a quarter pony mare that is 15 and two paints. a mare that is 5 and a geilding that is three. The act like little kids sometimes. But when I am riding them, they act very respectful and full of grace. I love my horsies. What is yours?

I have a crap load of animals, I love them all the same, However, I am a Puppy Person. They are needy and they always love you back. I have birds, turtles, dogs and cats. But there is nothing cuter than a puppy.......

Absolutely a ferret. They are low maintenance, don't cost much to feed, love to play, can go anywhere with you, don't take up much space, they are smart and wow, they are great and they do the cutest things.

I like dogs the best. Thay are man's or lady's best friend.They are loyal and love unconditionally.I've had several dogs in my life and they've to be old aged.
