Ive been with my husband for about 13 yrs.When we first met we were like nimphos,always having sex.But now its just different.Why does sex get less enticing the longer your with someone?

That does not necessarily happen. My husband and I enjoy each other more and more everyday. I am very lucky we have sex everyday - sometimes more then once a day.

Do not despair. This is human nature.
Works like this - if I stick you in the arm with a needle seven times a day for months in the exact same place - your body willl learn to "screen out" that sensation. AND the nerves there will become accustomed to it.
Same for sex - when it was new and different, you were super sensitive and everything felt wonderful. Now, just due to time, your'e numb - he probably is too.
Answer - CHANGE THINGS..... there are a thousand sex games and toys to ALTER the sensations of sex with your husband and his with you. Explore your hidden fantasies - but DO it, dont just talk about it.
That usually helps quite a bit.

My wife and I recently went through a period of "been there done that" in the bedroom. We fasted sexually for two weeks and concentrated on areas of our relationship and really opened up lines of communication during that time. Since we have begun making love again, The feeling and intimacy is incredible. I think the key is that we became closer emotionally.
We'll be married 13 years in August.

It get less enticing because its repetition. You gotta do something different. Find out each other fantasies and get to working..

well,to answer your question honestly,its get less cos thats not the proirity then.........i mean priorities change,there is more to life than sex after that but still it all depends on you how you keep the fire goin?

i think sex life become monotonous after 13 yrs. u need to do something different to spice of ur sexual relationship.try to be innovative.

its the comfort zone. .i think we get comfortable in our realationships thats it not about the sex anymore its about your best friend
