Body kit for a 98 Ford Explorer + Tow Kit?

Think I can still put a tow kit on my 98 Explorer if I put this body kit bumper on it but don't lower it???

The only way would be to cut a hole in the bumper for the receiver tube. Kind of like what GM does for some of their SUV's.

Yes, but you will have to cut a big hole in the bumper. essentially ruining the look
