i am 14 years old and i want to look good before school starts but my bmi says that i am overwheight

its going to be really hard to lose 10-15 pounds within 1 month. try exercising and dieting. no extreme diets though. try running everyday, and going to the gym 4-5 times a week. that should help. also illiminate all junk food, sweets, sodas, and any other unhealthy foods. drink a ton of water and eat a lot of fruits and veggies. doing this for a month will probably make you lose some weight. also it will make your muscles get toner and looking better, so even if you dont lose weight on the scale, others will notice that you are looking more fit. remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so just because you arent losing any weight, doesnt mean that you arent doing it right.

Your goal is too ambitious if you want to retain your health. Maybe 10 pounds is realistic, but 15 is not. The question you need to ask is "Do I want to lose weight and keep it off, or is this just a quick fix and then I will take it back on plus more?"

You can not loose that much weight that fast it is not healthy and even if you did it would just come back plus more pounds,You have to change some things in your life.1. you must increase your exercise and be consistent,find something you really like biking,swimming,running,etc..2. You have to decrease your caloric intake,but be healthy about it,Try eating 5 small meals a day like oatmeal and fruit for breakfast another piece of fruit with skim milk,veggies,a balanced diet of all 4 food groups prepared with little fat 3. Drink lots of water if you do not like water you can buy crystal light but no soda or caffeine4.Treat yourself once a week to a small portion of a "forbidden food" like pizza,chocolate what ever your thing is,5Do not weigh your self this can be discouraging as muscle does weigh more than fat 6Make up your mind to make a life change for good7expetct to loose about a pound or two a week8easy does it just do it Good luck also learn to treat your self in different ways than food like gems,clothes,manicures ect..

having more balanced meals smaller portions
and develop some of your exercises, it could
even be fun, like swimming, scoccer, any sports.
Walking with your girl friends counts.
Relax and take it at a slower pace if your really
want long term results. Wonderful that your

Drinks lotsa fluids and exercise alot. After six diet worked well for those who wanted to shed those extra pounds real fast. Doing it requires that you shopuldn't take in any food (even crackers) after six o'clock PM, just water and juices. You may only resume having meals the next morning for breakfast. Metabolism at night time is slower.

hey chill jus do cardio in excess and go for jogging u can lose 5 kilos in jus 48 hrs
they have this hectic trainig in reputed gyms
try those ull definetly lose weight many people do
