I would honestly say that the biggest positive influence in my life, next to Jesus, is my husband. He has taught me more, cleared my head of more "stinkin' thinkin'," and helped me overcome more crap in my life than I could even tell you about. He keeps me honest, both intellectually and emotionally, and -- well, I could go on for hours, so I won't. I think you get the point.
Yes, I have been a positive influence on others, basically the same way he has been a positive influence on me. You can't give TO people what you never got FROM people, and just by teh fact that he has given me so much, I have been able to give that much more.
I shudder to think of the person I was before I met him, and I shudder to think of the person I would be if I had never met him.

My greatest inspirations is everybody.
I know it sounds strange but if you really open your eyes and heart one can find inspiration in everyone, even the people that we don't think it could inspire us. They influence me by teaching me. Every time some one talk about how bad they felt with a specific situation, I make note of it to make sure I never do something like that to ensure I will not hurt any one. Every time some one talks about how great they felt when some one did or say "this or that", I make a mental note of that also, to ensure I can make a difference in a positive way by saying or doing something like that to some one else. Of course it has to be appropriate with the person and occasion but it is great inspiration to learn from some one else either if is mistake or not. Why would I want to do something I know is going to end up bad? So, therefore everyone can be an inspiration!

My grandfather was the most positive influence in my life. He went to work at a steel mill until he was 85.HE really taught me the meaning of "if you don't work you don't eat". HE never complained about either. I don't know if I ever really influenced anyones life truthfully. I know for a fact that I never influenced anyone life negatively though that is what I think is most important.

The most positive influences in my life were my youth leaders at church...Pastor Bob Smith, Kathy Berry, Pastor Paul Thwaite, Laura Cornell...if you're reading this, YOU'RE AWESOME! They taught me that life is positive and fun and loved me through my stupidity. And showed my GOD'S LOVE!
What I've done to be an influence back?...I became a Youth Pastor! Currently have a group of around 40 Jr. High and High Schoolers!
UTURN! SWEEEET!

this may sound a little corny but seriously no one has had more positive influence in my life than my husband. when we met i was 16. he has been there for me through EVERYTHING, no matter what it was. When I was in the hospital for emergency surgery, he was the only one who came and stayed with me. not even my own parents came. He is the only person in my life who i can say has truly been there for me EVERY SINGLE TIME i have needed someone. even when we were broken up or separated he has ALWAYS found a way to be there. it's been 12 years now! i am so very grateful for him and i live my life trying to be the person that he's been to me.

Not the biggest influence but a very positive one. Was hanging with the wrong crowd in high school. Went out and picked up on a few girls with them when one of the girls asked me why I was hanging with that group. She said they were all losers and I was different. Words came out of nowhere but she made a big difference and I changed my life around.

My parents were definitely the biggest positive influence on my life. They taught me the value of honesty, hard work, and perseverance. As a teacher, I sincerely hope that I am a positive influence on my students' lives. I did have one former student tell me that if it hadn't been for me, she wouldn't have made it to college. Another student told me that I was the first person to believe in his writing abilities.
