Fill the rest of your bed with pillows and when your sleeping it'll feel like someone is there with you.

The experts recommend that you get out of bed and do something quiet and relaxing. Don't turn on the TV or get involved in something that will pump adrenelin. Then, when you get sleepy, go back to bed. The idea is to subcousciously associate the bed with sleeping, not with "tossing and turning".

Another technique that works (that is already mentioned here) is to masturbate. After orgasm, it is normal to get sleepy. Just bring something to bed with you to clean up, so you don't have to get up after you finish. Bouncing around the bathroom can wake you up all over again, and you've defeated the purpose.
