....A couple of weeks ago I posted a question here about gay sex because I was curious about some things. Soon after, I rec'd a "violation notice" and was advised that my question had removed for "adult content". My question was totally serious, had absolutely no tone of "gay bashing", nor was it particularly crude. (I have seen MUCH worse on Yahoo!Answers.) Did someone report me, or are there Y!A people policing this site? What gives?

I was very careful how I worded my question, so that it would not be miscontrued as just being crude, or trying to ridicule. I've seen those kinds of questions, and they STAY on Y!A! My question was sincere, and I did get a few answers before it was deleted.

This whole thing abotu gays being heterophobic is really stupid. I mean, if anything this is another example of the heterosexist society we live in. I am not saying that I don't like heterosexual people or that I do not like homosexuals or any sexuals. I am just pointing out the fact that when it comes to gay sex there is a quick move to censor or erase the content. Think about it. It was only recently that the first homosexual kiss took place on cable television. Anytime a homosexual kiss takes place there is a higher rating on the TV Guide. usually a PG-13 if one's lucky but often an MA rating. When the simpsons aired the gay marriage episode they had to add the disclaimer and give a higher rating than all the other episodes. It's a cartoon! Any homosexual content, even gay feelings lean towards this censorship. So, if anything I don't think it was a report but the belief of the staff or a conservative view that didn't believe that it needed to be viewed by someone who was too young or "might be influenced" or whatever they say now a days...

Someone reported you because it has adult content. If you have so many complaints they take it away. It even say when we sign up not to post those kinds of questions. Some of the people that do it r just lucky I guess that there question isnt removed.

I posted a question like this not that long ago. They did the same thing to me when I asked about a particular fetish in a very clean and innocent way. It was purely inquisitive and not meant to conjure anything sexual in discussion. I think Yahoo can be a little biased. I've noticed this especially when it comes to anything related to being gay.

I don't know what your question was, I do know that some people are hesitant to answer questions that aren't sincere. Maybe you need to pose your question more sensitively. So many people come on this site asking questions and are just being crude. I'm sure you see that..

Because someone in the GBLT community is a big sissy and runs around reporting questions because they are morons.

i have never been so ashamed to be a part of the GBLT community until I met all these people in here. Most of them are close minded and judgmental and a bunch of hypocrites

It relies what I'm dressed in and what I'm going to be doing after taking my garments off =P. For instance, If I'm simply replacing I'll undoubtedly take my best off first, but when I have not obvious my bf in a protracted *** time and I'm by myself with him, bottoms come correct off...and simply bypass the highest lolll XD

I don't know what your question was but apparently someone felt it was inappropriate for a public posting. Perhaps you might ask for suggestions of web sites, books or other reference materials that would answer your question rather than asking for a direct answer here

The answer is "Because Gays are HETEROPHOBIC"

Same thing happened to me.

Apparently there's a strong HETEROPHOBIC influence in Yahoo, that cannot tolerate any criticism of homosexuality.

Because it is considered adult content, I guess, I find the rules silly.
