Are you achieving orgasm? Does the clear liquid come out as part of the orgasmic spasms? If so, then, don't worry about it. It can be clear or milky; its all normal
If you are not achieving orgasm, then maybe you just need more time, maybe a little privacy, and maybe an improved technique.
