You’re the richest conservative in the country. You buy yourself your own television network.

You fill your programming up with mindless T&A for the guys, mindless Hunks for the girls. You go right after the 15 to 30 crowd, knowing fully that they are the ones least likely to take the time to learn both sides of any issue, to study the real facts. You go after these because you know you can easily manipulate their minds and that they’ll mostly vote the way you tell them to.

Then you tell them what’s right, according to your own agenda. And they believe you. They believe you because you're giving them what they want, T&A for the dudes, STUDS for the chicks.

If there were a Nobel Prize for Marketing Murdock would have won it easily.

Rukidding, I'm talking about the full programming, not just the news. CNN doesn't put on prime time weekly series shows like Fox does. CNN doesn't give us Beverly Hills 36-24-36 like Fox does.

Critter, I don't hate Fox. Did I say that? I said there is much to admire in the blueprint.

If he was using his power to promote the truth how great would this world be. Do you think god admires him or feels sorry that he has chosen money before righteousness.

I thought Murdock was an Australian? Sadly, I am not in the 15 to 30 crowd and that doesn't mean I'm 14. Neither is my father, who will be 79 in September. He doesn't watch CNN because of their liberal bias. I don't always get the biased slants, either way, but I would prefer to watch Fox because I believe they are much more truthful than CNN. Unfortunately, you have to get the next Dish package to get it, though the offer CNN with its basic package. I guess Dish assumes that conservatives have more money which is not always the case. Further, do you think that those on CNN are unattractive? You know little about the industry then. Most TV news organizations only show pretty/handsome younger people. Regardless of their political beliefs.

I think Pat Robertson would be out Murdock in the Nobel Prize for Marketing.

Fail After a 2d term election the media scores circulate down. Fox starts the pretend scandal season for scores. Liberals turn off the television while different stations communicate approximately it. Fail

Why do people like you hate FOX so much? You've had every other network brainwashing Americans forever. Your jealousy is amazing. You've got CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC all spouting your propoganda and you get all mad because FOX comes along and kicks their butts in the ratings. Deal with the fact that your monopoly on the news is broken, and learn to compete.

I definitely acknowledge all you say, as I am very aware of this myself.. but I do not admire scumbags who get away with anything, because I don't think it is so much them being so smart to deceive, but the public being so ignorant and easy to deceive.. Because like you said, while statistically you can't blame them for being more ignorant and easier to deceive because balanced news isn't served to them as much as we are served them (a dozen foreign tv channels on cable into every living room, from american to asian, to spanish, to french, to british, to arab, to choose from and compare.. )..

But like you said, most of them are just too lazy or indifferent to put in effort to find the very same info on the internet.. the fact that americans usually don't speak as many foreign languages as europeans do (I speak 6), is somewhat of a handicap when comparing different sources, but if americans would at least watch more british news (BBC news) instead of american news (FOX), that would already make a huge difference.
