"Key Art" is artwork created during the design of a film or game. It is usually intended to be 'perfect' pre-visualization of the final film. A painting that shows characters in the setting, with the framing of the shot, lighting and props, everything as it will actually appear on the screen in the final film. The term is related to Key Frames, from animation. (Which are the 'acting' poses that inbetweeners would use as targets). This art is made for the director to approve the look, and the production team to use as a guide.

Beans, beans, are great for your heart, the more consumed the more you... lose excess weight actually. Super-effective and full connected with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow down the rate at which your current stomach empties, meaning you keep fuller for longer.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the dinner. This will help to strengthen your abdominals and your core, and bring you one step closer to the flatter stomach.
