I have just started lifting weights, and would like to have a goal for my bench press.

I can press about 230 pounds but it depends on the person. Do whatever you feel comfortable doing. Don't rush it.

you can do as much as you can
start slow
and heck you can benchpress a car if you want

DONT BENCH it will make ur boobz smaller
Lift dumbells only
