I like to have the best and the latest. But with what it sounds like you're doing even a P4 will do. So, it's best not to stress about being a little behind. If you need to have your computer for school, buy it.

T5250 is with reference to an identical features as a Turionx2 TL52 around a million.6ghz you will desire to purchase a much greater efficient AMD processor on the cheap like a TL58, TL60 TL64 or TL66, those processors will carry out greater helpful than the Intel opposite numbers of an identical cost additionally you will desire to be looking greater on the pictures card techniques, in case you elect to play the main recent video games i'd strongly recommened a committed direct x 10 GFX card, like the Mobility Radeon HD 2400xt, or 2600xt. despite if their are Nvidia techniques aswell yet are greater high priced and have been given decrease benchmarks that the ATI enjoying cards. like the 8400GT and 8600GT. Ram is likewise considerable, i'd advise 2gb in case you elect to play recent video games. ultimately WXGA+ is 1440x900 i think of, and that i've got a 1280x800 panel on my computing device and their is fairly any graininess, despite if 1440x900 is a uncommon reveal screen length so their in step with probability compatibility themes with the video games. attempt a WSXGA reveal screen, it is 1680x1050 pixels and would want a solid GFX card despite if it is greater like minded. wish it helped :D
