Many people prefer this, as it keeps the bedsheets cleaner.

If you are in a hot, humid climate, bathing twice a day can be a wonderful way to cool off, without running A/C all the time.

Bath time can be marvelous--enjoy!

It's a personal preference. I shower in the morning and take a jacuzzi bath before bed most nights. It's refreshing in the morning & relaxing at night. It is not mandatory. But I dont want a dirty body on my clean sheets.

Its good to take one in the morning before work or school because it refreshes you from your night of sleep and washes off all the sweat and dirt from rolling around in bed. You don't really have to take one at night before bed unless you have a really filthy or hot job where you get super nasty dirty or super sweaty all day. The only reason I can think of other than this would be to minimize the amount of dirt and body soil you leave on your bedding.

You dont have to take a bath ever. I take showers. In a bath you just sit and soak in your own filth, pretty poinless unless you do it once in a while to relax.(or if you dont have a shower)

Anyway you dont need to shower/bath in the morning and before you go to bed. I used to take a shower in the morning to help wake me up and because my hair is always messed up, and before I went to bed to relax and I used to sweat more during the day. Now I just take a shower when I get up, once a day is fine if you dont sweat really.
If you put gel or hairspray in your hair during the day if you dont shower before you go to bed it can get on your pill and on your face and cause acne.

I missed the memo that says you have to. I'll usually shower in the morning OR before bed, not both. It all depends what I am doing that particular day.

Because you have been running around all day and need a bath, plus it makes you sleep better. And you shed dry skin cells while you sleep and you don't want to walk around all the next day with them do ya?

You don't. Once a day is usually plenty, unless you're extremely physically active or involved in something messy. If you're NOT very active, and it isn't hot where you are, you might not have to bathe every day. (Neither my mother nor my mother-in-law bathe every day, and trust me, they don't smell bad or look dirty.) People deplete the moisture in their skin and hair by washing too frequently.

You don't have to take a bath at any time, but other people may begin to wish you would.

You don't have to; once a day is fine. Of course, on a really warm, sweaty day, I WANT to have a nice cool bath in the evening.
