English men speak bad english because america and englend has separated a while ago so we both learned the main language, english, but we learned it in a few different ways. They learned to have a different accent then americans and to say, "tata"or "cheerio" sometimes. But generallly americans and english speak the same language, English.

Let's first ask "Do English men speak bad English?" (Note the capital letters)

In order to answer that, we'd have to know whom you mean by "English men," and what you mean by "bad English."

Your question is unfounded and therefore false.

In the future, do start your sentence with a capital letter. No one would want to accuse you of "improper English".
