I believe all you have to do is just delete your internet history. Go into Tools> Options>, and if you're using Internet Explorer the first window that pops up- under "Temporary Internet Files" you can click on the button that says "Delete Files." Then under that, "History," click on "ClearHistory."
If you want to disable or clear the "Auto-Complete" function (when you begin typing a URL and the address bar finishes it for you as a 'suggestion',) just click on the "Content" tab and then the last section where it says "Auto-Complete" you will click on that button. Check or un-check the boxes that you wish, make sure you click on "Apply" at the bottom of the window and then "Okay." That should do it for you.

This IS possible. When you are using Internet Explorer, Click on Tools>Internet options> Delete cookies, delete temporary internet files, delete browsing history. Once you do those 3 it hould get rid of it. However Internet Explorer is not a safe browser and is not reccomended....
Built on the Mozzila engine, Firefox has gained enough popularity in the short time since its release to keep Microsoft awake at night. I think the the popularity of Firefox stems from the fact that it looks and acts much like Internet Explorer, but doesn't have the security flaws. There is almost no adjustment period when you switch to Firefox because things are in familiar places. Google and the Mozilla Foundation have recently teamed up to promote Firefox.
One of the great features of Firefox is the availability of extensions. Extensions allow people to write new features into Firefox as they see fit. You can then download and install these extensions to get the same functionality on your computer. Some of the popular extensions add tabbed browsing, mouse gestures, and themes to Firefox. With new features and hundreds of improvements in Version 1.5, I highly recommend you at least try Firefox for a week. If you don't, you will never know what you are missing.

On Internet Explorer, you go to Tools then Internet Options then click on Delete History. This should clear all visited sites from memory in IE. Other browsers should have something similar. Try it! Also, while you are in Internet Options, you can set the number of days for past visited sites (the History) to be kept -- choose a low number like 2-3 days and it will not get so cluttered.

Yes this is possible and fairly easy to do. Open an Internet Explorer window, at the top, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options..."
Click on the "General" tab, then make sure to do ALL of the following:
1. Click on "Delete Cookies"
2. Click on "Delete Files..."
2.a. make sure to check the box "Delete all offline content"
3. Click on "Clear History"
After doing this, check to make sure it worked, if you are using Firefox, you can e-mail me for a different set of instructions.
Hope it helps!

Go to Tools- Internet Options- in the GENERAL tab click CLEAR HISTORY.
In the CONTENT Tab, click AUTO COMPLETE, in that Click CLEAR FORMS. If you don't want to save your entries in your Internet explorer for future, uncheck the Box WEB ADDRESS and FORMS.
