My nose doesn't run it is usally like my grandpa or a friend of mine. He always has to eat with a napkin even with a cold sandwich from Subway.

I mean if the food is not spicey them what would make your sinuses act up?

Interesting. Is your food too spicy or does it run when you eat anything? Maybe you should blow your nose before you eat or get a good decongestant. Maybe see a doc too, maybe you are allergic to something?

I would say that my nose has never run when eating ~UNLESS~ I am eating spicy food!

Not everyone's nose runs when they eat. Mostly just guys AND girls with sinus problems.
