The lady who did my ultrasound said they start looking at 14 weeks. My sister found out at 14 weeks that she is having a girl.
I am now 15 weeks but my next ultrasound isn't until 20 weeks. Only if you are high risk will they look before then.

I was 15 weeks and they said the baby leg was close, at 18 weeks they could'nt tell. My midwife said I should wait til I am 28 weeks because she don't like the idea of all that soundwave exposure to the baby so I am going to wait.

The 20th week is when you go get an ultrasound to find out how the baby is developing. This is when you can find out the gender... if it's legs are sread! Drink soda before you go so it will be moving around!

I think you can know as early as 15 weeks. I'm not sure though. I found out at 17 weeks that I was having a little boy.

Usually around 18-20 wks. is when they can a pretty good idea. If it's a boy they might be able to tell a little earlier, I was 14 wks.

I am not sure but I think around 19 weeks. That's when I found out we are having a boy!

I think 12 weeks but sometimes it's later then that and if the baby cooperates.
