"The Colbert Report". It heralds forth a new era of truth and understanding for us all. Also...beautiful women nudity.

Also...the kindness of strangers when lest expected. I saw a heavily tattooed and tough looking young man help an old lady to her car carrying a heavy TV. He put it in the bed of her small sized truck, helped tie it down, then departed after refusing money from her.

It's things like this that show goodness still existing on Earth.

I loved the ice cream cone story above. : ) Very sweet.

I am a teacher, and during a conference last year a mom told me a story that really changed me. She was driving somewhere with her 10-yr old daughter in the car and apparently did something to anger another driver. He pulled up alongside of her car, made obscene gestures, and basically told her off. This mom became enraged for 2 reasons...... she did not know what she did that was bad enough to warrant such abuse, and she was so mad that her young daughter had to witness such an experience. But..... just when she was about to lose it herself...... her daughter put her hand on the mom's arm and patted it...... and said "it's ok, Mom. Maybe he was just having a bad day. We should pray for him."

What unearthly kindness and goodness resides in this little girl...... a lesson for us all!

I was volunteering at a food bank and a little boy picked up a loaf of bread and the bag broke. I told him to take another loaf and he said, "Okay, but don't throw this away, the birds will eat it!" How sweet, thoughtful and caring was this child! It made me think how adversity brings out so much that is good.

My two children. Everything about them shows me that there is goodness on earth. Bearing them and seeing them come into this world--knowing that they are almost as pure as God himself. No thoughts or prejudices have been put in there little minds yet. And now that they are older, it's still the same. I can come home to my two little ones and know that they love me and need me like no other person in this world. They are always loving and caring--they don't see anything but their mommy.

Goodness is everywhere. In fact, everybody has it in them. Every man, every animal is born with a good heart. every small kid you see, every helpful person you see, every penny spent for others, every friend that has supported you, the love you have got from so many, every smile you have been gifted is an embodiment of goodness.
Goodness in this world is not an incident, it is a way of life...
In the rough and tumble of existence, we just fail to see it....
