All of these symptoms sound an awful lot like the ones I have. I was diagnosed with epsteins barr syndrome about 3 or 4 years ago. I was feeling the same way you are, and finally decided that I needed to see a doctor. When I saw the doctor, I tested positive for mono (epstein barr) which was causing me to feel overloaded, as if it was a terrible stress that I could not shake. I had aches and pains, cried at the drop of a hat, got angry easily, and my thoughts and feelings got more and more dissmal. oh, and I would sleep. A LOT. But I never felt satisfied, just always felt tired. After I was diagnosed, the doctor guided me to taking care of it. No medication can help epsteins barr (if thats what you have) and it is incurable. However, taking vitamins, exercising, and getting enough sleep does help. It's also possible to take something they call b-12 shots or vitamins. B-12 increases energy, and makes you feel better over all with the virus. I still get episodes here and there, with all the symptoms you have described, but its a lot easier knowing that there is something causing it, and that I can have control over it. I hope this helped- good luck

Maybe your depressed? Has something happened in the past month or week that could have triggered it? Like seeing someone you don't like, having a stressful time at work? Which you said you had, but see, it could have just been stressful because you were depressed...You might want to see a therapist before considering any kind of medication, and I know this is probably the last thing you might want to hear, but excercise might help. My mother used to always tell me to go running when I got depressed, and it wasn't until I was older that I started doing it, and it works. Women are actually more likely to help their depression with excercise than men. I guess we just have a few more horomones than they do ;) I hope you do feel better though!

It's stress, you need to find something to help you relax. Stress can kill too. I have work and family stress and it has caused me to have a heart condition. I also had major depression and all I wanted to do was sleep, and my body felt like it had been ran over by a truck. I ended up getting on some good old Valium, I don't take it everyday but when i start to feel things overwhelm me I do. I tried several other newer drugs on the market and they all were either so addicting, had to take them everyday, or they made me so whacked out I didn't have a clue what was going on. Discuss it with your doc and see what he/she says.

While depression can manifest itself as physical pain, you'll still want to see a doctor to get a thorough physical (including bloodwork) in case there's something else wrong with you. If your symptoms include a fever or sore throat, you could have Epstein-Barr or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Of course, seeing a doctor for a proper diagnosis is best. Hope you feel better!

Sounds like PMS. It's possible to have it AFTER your period. I get it sometimes the week before or the weekend that i'm having it. Mine is getting worse though, I could kill someone and not think twice about it-that's how mad I get. Or other times I could just cry for a couple of days.

You may be experiencing a nerves breakdown or seeing how female hormones can act but you are stressed out mixed with hormones you will be going through some episodes. Just calm down drink some fluids( water, tea are good choices) and just lie down just because you are sleeping doesnt take stress fully away because humans have restless minds.

Sounds like you need a vacation more than anything else. Call up some girlfriends and pool your money to go on vacation in the next town for three or four days; sit by the pool, order room service and watch cable.

It can be the stress thats hurting you. Can you take a day off to pamper yourself a bit and take ur mind off of some things that bother you? You may also want to visit a doctor because depression doesnt hurt emotionally alone. It can hurt physically as well. Take care of yourself.

Girl it is stress... I tend to go through the same thing and I think the same way, that is usually the first thing I ask myself, "AM I PREGNANT?" But no seriously, you may just need some "you time." Calm down because you may cause yourself to have a nervous breakdown.
