She should go and ask to have her head to be according to her new body. Because her head looking very large and am just talking about her outside not the inside.

Maybe not an alien but she did look better when she was a little heavier. Her head looks big and her neck looks like a chicken...

maybe she is an alien, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it must be a duck, ergo she must be an alien, hope we never have to deal with a whole planet of ones who look like her!!

I think that she doesn't look like she fits her body anymore. She has just about as bad of an attitude as her body. Her face is pretty sunken in now. But if she is happy with herself that is all that matters.
