I would like the 10 points please, and I will also suggest something that you can do - go out to a pub with your mates, enjoy the evening, join a social event / evening class / watch some tv, enjoy a quiet night in etc.

Thanks, but there is always something to do. Spend a few minutes organizing, call your mom or someone else just to say hi, go for a walk, hit the library.
Just had to "earn" those points.
