My friend might lose his kid because his girlfriend wants out of the relationship because she clames he doesnt have enough time for her. He watches their kid when shes at work and once she gets home he has to leave for work. If she gets out of the relationship how can he fight for the kid? what if she wants to take the kid out of the US?

He just needs to get a lawyer. She cannot keep his kid away from him unless she can prove he is on drugs, a drunk, etc. So unless she runs off with the kid he has rights. He will most likely need a laywer to help set up custody arangements unless they are able to work it out together. Tell him not to worry. He has rights.

ok first of all unless the girlfriend of his has full costody of the child taking the kid out of the country would be against the law and will need to have a good lawer and lets hope that the girlfriend doesnt have sources to mor emoney than ur friend cuz she ( if she has more money ) can keep on going to court until your friend cant any more because he used all of his money but if ur friend has sources 2 more money than she does than he can do that with her and get the kid but the only real way not to go to court is for ur friend to explain to this gf of his that he does have time for her and that he loves her and so they can split up and get joint custody and they both take care of the kid or they marry or stay together so that they both c the kid every day but thats really all i no. Good luck!

I think a man is really on the losing end when it comes to the custody of a child specially if he and the girl aren't married. I suggest, your friend seek the help of a lwayer. That's the only way to settle things. However, since he's the father I think there's still a chance unless the girl doesn't want any support from the father. The process though I think will cost some money.

If she leaves, I suggest he go file for custody of the children and take it before a judge, if they break-up is she going to move out? IF so where will she go? If there is a court order, she can't leave the country or the state without notifying the other parent, with an address of where the child will be. He would also have a right to contest it. If possible get some legal advise, and fight like hell

You easily could be waiting to foster those young infants. touch CPS the place they stay. The courts, as others have stated, surely choose that the infants stay with family individuals, fairly than being in foster care, so as that they could be interested in talking to you approximately this selection. be attentive to that your SIL's young infants may well be donning some luggage. you do no longer stay the type of existence and not have it influence you. So don't be shy approximately getting issues like a social worker to help them, counsellors, tutors - regardless of they choose. be attentive to that your SIL could get her existence jointly, yet she additionally won't. you would be arranged, in case she does no longer. Addictions... you be attentive to the deal. you will prefer to make sure that somebody is there, supervising any visits she does. The courtroom might order that, besides - basically supervised visitation. As you reported, decrease than no circumstances can she stay with you, by using drugs. And on a similar time as this is large if she would be around the infants as much as a possibility, truthfully, you may make a judgement approximately what's superb for the infants.

The only way he can keep his child is if she gives him full custody, or if she is proven to be an unfit mother, other than that he's out of luck. If she plans to move out of the US he may be able to fight that in court. Good luck
