I like to have fresh fruit cut up - like strawberries, canteloupe, green grapes, apple slices, and then I buy cut-up fresh pineapple and serve it with fruit dip:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 T. orange juice concentrate
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
Beat cream cheese and oj until smooth - fold in marshmallow creme. Refrigerate until serving. Makes 2 cups.

Then you need a spicy dip and chips - here's a few recipes I like.
Taco Dip
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 T. taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves, pressed or chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup sliced green onion
Spread beans in bottom of 8x8 inch baking dish. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic. Spread evenly over beans and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with olives, cilantro, tomato, and onion.

This can be made in a skillet and transfered to a crock pot to keep warm.
Hamburger Cheese Dip
1 lb. hamburger, cooked and grease drained
1/4 of an onion, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. Velveeta.
Mix all ingredients and simmer until hot. Serve with tortilla chips.

Another good recipe I like is a chocolate cheeseball. Everytime I make this everyone wants the recipe.
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Blend cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars until combined. Stir in choc chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans (I usually add more mini chips to the pecans and roll it in a mix of both). Refrigerate. Serve with chocolate graham crackers.

These are good too.
Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups
1 pkg. cream cheese (you may notice I like the cream cheese!)
2 oz. chopped black olives
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 4 oz. jar diced pimentos drained (roasted red peppers good too)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
2 green onions sliced
3 T. salsa
3 T. diced fresh cilantro
10 flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients. Spread the mixture on tortillas. Roll tortillas up and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice the rollups into 1-inch slices and serve. Makes 60 1 in. rolls.

Hope these help!

I make taco dip, so easy and so good!

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 green pepper
1 onion
1/2 black olives
1/2 salsa
1/2 cheese

Mix mayo and cream cheese together. Spread on the bottom of a glass dish. Chop up onions and pepper. Layer over top of cheese mix. Layer on olives, salsa and cheese. Cheese should be on the top. Chill for at least a half hour.
Serve with veggies or chips.

Cheese bread! w or w/o tiny shrimp

1.) Get long slice sourdough bread at the store
2.) Spread chavrie cheese over it
3.) Grate some cheddar over that
4.) drop on some tiny shrimp if you like
5.) stick under the broiler for about 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Very yummy and fast.

One thing is a veggie tray: baby carrots, broccoli, and celery sticks with ranch dressing to dip.

Spinach dip is really easy and sooo good. You need a frozen box of chopped spinach, sour cream, and a box of Lipton veggie soup mix (the directions are on the box of soup mix). I serve it with pita bread cut into triangles but crackers are good too.

i likeanchovies with ketchup sauce. Just mix mustard, ketchup, mayo and dill pickle and pour over the anchovies. also boiled calf's liver with panko crust and cheese doodles and twice baked shrimp salad with cod and onion. I also like chocolate dips for fruits and nuts and candied olives with ginger ale and coke.
