I think a woman is more judgemental because a woman will check out both the men and the women in the room and make judgement calls on his/her appearance. A man rarely checks out other men (unless he is gay)...and a guy doesn't give a crap what other men are wearing or look like. A woman will check out guys (if she is straight) and check out what the other women are wearing.

A man. Men are visual when it comes to women. A pretty face and nice body is what catches their attention first of all. Women aren't as shallow. I have a friend who is gorgeous and she is with a guy that is FUGLY! She said his personality and athletic abilities is what attracted her to him. Based on myself and my friends, I would have to say men, definitely.
