I admire your ambition!! I am certain that you will be able to find something, but you might have to work your way into it for a while- it may take a little time to satisfy your urge!

I know that the police do ride-alongs, but I am not certain if the FBI allows them. Here is a website for you to contact your local FBI field office:

http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm

If they allow you to ride along on an investigation, it would be a great opportunity to ask a lot of questions on how to get more involved. If they don't allow you to ride along, try contacting your local police station and ask to ride along with a detective, or even a police officer.

You will probably have to volunteer at first, but perhaps they will eventually hire you as an intern. Once you have experience, you can probably find work in the field. Just don't get discouraged. All of these people had to work their way into it- It will probably take a couple of years!

Good Luck to you!! (and don't believe any of those losers who tell you that you can't contribute!! They just never had they ambition!!!)

they won't hire you, but you may be able to tour a facility. You can probably ride along with a police officer, that is the closest you are going to get at this point in your life. That is a cool dream to have and i wish you all the luck in the world. Just keep studying up on it...

Not to anything particularly useful. At your age, you need to be pursuing your education; you need to know a lot more to do useful things. FBI agents typically have a law degree in addition to a four-year college degree.

Nope. You need to be a consenting adult to do anything like that. Nevermind that your reasoning and decision-making skills are not fully developed, and I believe that all of those agencies require a college degree these days.

there is no way that they will...you need to go through weeks of training, your background check would need to be done, a college degree is usually nesessary as well. If that's the kind of thing you like, thing about majoring in criminal justice when you get out of high school.
