I believe #4 is the correct one.

#1 is not correct - it should be "lie" and not "lay".
#2 is not correct - it inanimatine objects cannot "sit" therefore it should be "set", not "sit".
#3 is not correct - you should raise the curtain, not rise it.

That leaves #4 ... I can't find any problems with it.

Number 4 is correct except for the puncutation. Because you lie down and you lay things down.

"Lie" is what you do with your body, as in "lie down to sleep". ( #1 is wrong.)
"Lay" is what you do with another object, as in "lay down the carpet". (#4 is correct.)
"Sit" is what you do with your body, you don't sit something down. You just sit. (#2 is wrong.)
"Rise" is what you do with your body, as in "rise and shine". (#3 is wrong.)
"Raise" is what you do with another object, as in "raise the curtain". (#3 is wrong.)
